I am so lucky to be blessed with this gift. As a small child I would sense spirit around me and was frightened and very confused as I didn't understand what was going on. As I became older some of the events in my life were unexplainable, just knowing when things were about to happen such as the death of my aunty. At the time this was a horrible experience but I now understand why I was meant to know.
The best thing I ever did to understand and expand my gift was to go to a meditation class run by a beautiful lady in Frankston. As I learnt to meditate properly I started to connect with spirit easily, as I learnt to relax and let them in. I have found one of the biggest hurdles in letting this happen is fear.
